A CASED .455/.476 WEBLEY 'W.G. ARMY' REVOLVER, serial no. 8303,
circa 1895, with 6in. barrel, nickel fore-sight blade, break-open frame with automatic ejecting and fluted six-shot quick-release cylinder, stirrup locking latch, brushed bright double action trigger and hammer, chequered hard rubber birdshead grips and lanyard swivel at heel, retaining a strong amount of original blued finish except to barrel sides, in an English market oak case, lined and compartmented in blue baize and retaining a glass faceted oil bottle and ammunition tray
